On a random bridge in Hoi An's ancient city.
Swimming in our freezing cold pool with my friend, Connor Brandon.
Christmas day, opening presents with our tiny Christmas tree
Here with my friend Stephen Taylor on Christmas night in Vietnam. He and his girlfriend, Jessie, came for dinner.
This is at the beach in Vietnam in front of our cabana, getting ready to go swimming. The name of our server is Meow! She likes my skin colour and is always wearing two sweaters and a long sleeve shirt because she wants to keep her skin light. The sand gets in my shorts when I'm swimming. And I hit the ground underwater because the waves have so much force on me so it drives me into the sand. It's scary but fun.
Here we are buying bracelets on the beach, and getting talked in to buying more.
In Jeffreys Bay Molly and I took two surf lessons for two hours each time. We learned how to stand up properly and ride the waves. We crashed a lot, and also I like wearing a wet suit because they kept our bodies warm. The water felt warm because of the wet suit.It was really fun.
We visited Kruger Park for two days. Mom packed sandwiches so we had food to eat in the car - I'm sick of sandwiches.
We spent 8 hours driving each day, but we didn't have to wear our seatbelt in the park so we could move around the car to see out the windows better.
I wanted to see a caracal and a leopard while we were there, but we didn't see either. We saw deer like creatures called impalas. They were a bit boring to look at after a while because we saw so many and they don't do anything exciting.
We saw a lion, warthogs, white and black rhinos, elephants, hippos, crocodile, monkeys, buffalos, wildebeest, giraffes, kudus, dung beetles, zebras and baboons. I liked watching the buffalo, giraffes and hippos.
The hotel in Hazyview had a nice pool and enough bedrooms so that I had my own room. My mother scared me by telling me there were poison snakes that come up near the chalets. We didn't see any.
McKay Brydon asked me what my favourite things have been so far food and places, and here it is. My favourite foods were in the Neatherlands and Turkey. In the Neatherlands I liked the breakfasts because they put chocolate sprinkles on their toast, and in Turkey I liked the donairs and shawarmas. But my favourite places have been South Africa and Switzerland. I like South Africa because of all the animals and warm weather, and Switerland because of the hiking and family farm. The most surprising thing I liked was all the candy stalls in Jeruselum, and the dislike surprise was the beach in Nice: all stoney and also topless.
These have been my favourite foods and places so far. (look on Molly's page for African wild life pictures)
